In thirty minutes your therapist focuses on key areas using long, flowing strokes and gentle-to-medium pressure. Expect relaxation, reduced tension, and improved circulation. Therapists tailor the experience to your needs and will check pressure throughout to ensure comfort.

We use gentle to medium pressure by default and adapt based on your feedback. Therapists will ask about pain or sensitivity and can increase or decrease pressure, focusing where you need relief without causing discomfort.

You may undress to your comfort level; therapists use professional draping to ensure privacy. Only the area being worked on is uncovered. Communicate your comfort preferences at any time and therapists will respect your modesty.

Certain conditions—fever, infectious illness, uncontrolled hypertension, deep vein thrombosis, recent surgery, or pregnancy without clearance—may prevent treatment. Always disclose medical history during booking so therapists can advise safe alternatives or require physician approval.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete intake forms and discuss preferences. This allows your therapist time to review health notes, set pressure levels, and ensure a calm start so you receive the full benefits of the 30-minute session.

For maintenance, schedule a Swedish massage every one to three weeks depending on stress and activity level. Monthly or biweekly sessions are common; your therapist can recommend frequency based on goals, recovery needs, and lifestyle.
