Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about X-treme full set.

The X-treme full set is a 90-minute service performed by a trained technician, including a brief consultation and lash mapping. Expect approximately an hour and a half in the salon to customize length, curl, and placement for your look.

When applied by our certified technicians using proper isolation and recommended adhesive, X-treme full set extensions are safe. Healthy natural lashes are preserved; however, those with very weak or damaged lashes may need a conditioning period before treatment. Consultation and patch testing recommended.

Extensions follow your natural lash growth cycle, so longevity varies. A properly applied X-treme full set can look lush for two to three weeks; we recommend refill appointments every two to three weeks to maintain fullness and replace shed natural lashes.

Avoid water, steam, and heavy eye products for the first 24–48 hours to allow adhesive to set. Use oil-free cleansers, avoid waterproof mascaras, and gently cleanse and comb lashes daily. Schedule regular refills and follow technician instructions to maximize wear.

Wait twenty-four to forty-eight hours before applying makeup to allow adhesive to cure. Use oil-free eye products and avoid waterproof mascaras, which can damage extensions. Powder eyeshadows are fine; apply gently and avoid rubbing lashes.

Clients with active eye infections, conjunctivitis, recent eye surgery, or severe lash damage should postpone service. Allergies to adhesive ingredients are also contraindications; inform us of sensitivities or medications. A consultation and patch test will determine eligibility and ensure a safe, comfortable X-treme full set experience.
