Yes — we customize pressure and ingredients for sensitive skin. Therapists perform a patch test and offer gentler, fragrance-free formulas. Avoid exfoliation for active rashes, open lesions, or severe rosacea until cleared by a professional.

For most clients we recommend every three to four weeks to support healthy cell turnover. Frequency can be adjusted based on skin type, dryness level, or specific goals discussed during your consultation.

Your visit begins with a brief consultation, followed by full-body exfoliation using scrub and warm towels, a rinsing phase, and finishing moisturizers. The experience is relaxing, private, and tailored to your comfort throughout.

We cannot perform a scrub on sunburned, broken, or irritated skin. Wait until skin is fully healed. For mild peeling, a hydrating treatment may be recommended instead to support recovery safely.

We offer a range of formulations including natural, essential-oil blends and unscented, hypoallergenic options. Ingredients are disclosed upon request and we accommodate allergies or sensitivities whenever possible.

Avoid exfoliation immediately after waxing — wait 24 to 48 hours to prevent irritation. Exfoliating before tanning can improve results, but do not exfoliate after a spray tan, as it will remove the color.
